Youth Fit provide a high quality, evidence-based service to primary schools across the UK. We deliver our Youth Fit Curriculum which combines exercise & nutrition. In addition to the Curriculum, we provide exercise sessions as morning, lunchtime and after school clubs. Check out our 4 services for schools below!

YOUTH FIT CURRICULUMbreak

12 week curriculum combining novel exercise sessions, educational nutrition-based learning, healthy living initiatives and joint parent/guardian sessions. Youth Fit help meet national curriculum objectives whilst inspiring schools to healthier outcomes.

RISE & SHINE CLUBrise

No need for an alarm clock as your pupils can wake up and shake it all about before school starts with our Rise & Shine Club! It’s a great way to get your pupils feeling active, sharper and ready for their day ahead.

  • When? – Mornings, before school starts
  • How long? – 30 to 45 minutes
  • How many children? – 25 children maximum

PUMP IT UP CLUBclub

Jump into bundles of high-energy fun at our Pump it Up Club, the most on trend after school club. Enjoy a full hour of pure moving, jumping and plenty of other fitness surprises.

SERVICES FOR PARENTS

Youth Fit run private sessions outside of school time, which can be booked directly with Youth Fit, for your child! Sessions are taught from the Youth Fit Curriculum, so you don’t have to miss out! 1-1 sessions and group sessions are available. Please see below for more information.

1-1 TRAININGbreak

Training sessions are specific and personalised for your child’s requirements. The training is tailored to meet the child’s needs, goals and strengths. Whether the objective is to lose weight, get stronger, get fitter or increase activity – we can help!
